CONCEPTS FOR AN EVER-CHANGING BUSINESS CLIMATE
In the Villanova Executive MBA curriculum, we look at core business concepts and how they interact to inform cross-functional decision making. We examine business challenges from an interdependency perspective and promote emerging technologies and strategies that create value. Most importantly, our curriculum emphasizes self-awareness and constant development that fosters curiosity and a desire for lifelong learning.
At the foundation of the Executive MBA curriculum is the concept of systems thinking. Systems thinking equips leaders to think about the totality of the organization and its myriad internal interdependencies, as well as the dynamic external environment in which the organization operates. Systems thinking will challenge you to question basic assumptions about your organization and industry and, by doing so, you will begin to think differently about how to drive transformational change.
