ENGLISH FOR EVERYDAY LIFE

In the English for Everyday Life series of courses, you will explore topics of interest from everyday life while practicing and building English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
Using a variety of authentic texts, including video excerpts and written texts, the courses focus mainly on broadening your vocabulary, improving your listening comprehension, and building conversational fluency.
Students of all English language levels are welcome. With each 7 week course a student will receive 1.75 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Topics throughout the year include:
- People and Environment
- Current Events
- Technology and Science
- Government and Citizenship
- Understanding English Grammar
