COIL BINDING
Coil binding uses a spring-shaped spiral plastic. Available sizes range from 1/4 to 2 inch thick. This binding method is durable, economical and pages can freely turn 360 degrees. Coil bound books lay flat when opened.
Saddle Stitched - Booklet Maker
Saddle stitched books use staples along the binding edge of the book and is the most frequently used binding for a small amount of pages. This is the most economical type of binding, however there are some limitations. Ask us about it.
Perfect Bound
This method of binding allows pages to be glued together using hot melt adhesives and a one piece cover with a smooth binding edge. This kind of binding is known for its strength and durability and is generally used in the printing of Journals or soft cover books.
Perforating - Scoring - Wafer Seal
Perforating can be used for tickets or tear offs on returning registrations
Scoring allows for a cleaner fold. It works best when using a heavier stock because it reduces the chance of the paper cracking along the fold.
Wafer sealing is used to meet US Postal regulations when mailing folded documents.
