Join us for a live, online event to learn more about Villanova Law! A member from the Admissions Office will discuss the admissions process, as well as opportunities and programs. Following the presentation, there will be time for Q&A with an admissions representative.

Each was moderated by a member of the Office of  Admission providing insight on a number of topics related to the academic offerings and the Villanova Law experience. Practicing criminal lawyers work in offices of the U.S. Department of Justice, state attorneys general, local district attorneys, public defenders, and private firms. They lead investigations; interview, counsel and prepare witnesses; draft motions; try cases before judges and juries; and argue cases on appeal. Those involved in policy work may advocate for victims’ rights, prisoners’ rights, and lobby for changes in legislation and procedure.

The CSE Institute educates and provide technical assistance to those who respond to commercial sexual exploitation in Pennsylvania, the United States and beyond, promoting victim-centered, trauma-informed multidisciplinary collaboration. They equip policy-makers and the broader community with the skills and knowledge they need to improve the legal system’s response to commercial sexual exploitation, in order to support survivors and hold perpetrators accountable. They center the experiences of survivors to inform the development of policies and best practices to combat commercial sexual exploitation and are committed to engaging the survivor community in shaping our positions. Join us as members of the CSE Institute discuss the ways in which our faculty, students, and alumni are making a difference.

Members of the Villanova Law faculty and staff will be highlighting our pro bono offerings and how they prepare students for careers in the field of public interest law.
