DANIEL M. DILELLA CENTER FOR REAL ESTATE
BUILDING LEADERS THROUGH EXPERIENCE
The Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate was established to provide outstanding academic and professional development opportunities to Villanova students in the field of commercial real estate. The DiLella Center supports faculty research and teaching, ensuring relevance in the curriculum through the incorporation of site visits, case competitions, experiential learning projects, industry-standard tools and the perspectives of industry experts.
Through the DiLella Center, undergraduate business students can pursue a major or minor in real estate—with real estate focused courses including investments, law, development, modeling, accounting, capital markets and economics—while students within Villanova’s College of Engineering also have the opportunity to pursue a minor in real estate development. Students within Villanova’s College of Engineering also have the opportunity to pursue a minor in real estate development. The DiLella Center also supports VSB’s student-run Real Estate Society and the Daniel M. DiLella and Thomas M. Mulroy Real Estate Student Managed Fund, also known as the DiLella Mulroy Fund.
The DiLella Center connects and mobilizes the Villanova real estate community—through educational programs, thought leadership initiatives and networking events—to expand the horizons of a new generation of real estate leaders and to generate vibrant conversations on issues facing the real estate industry.
