Biography

Jennifer A. Henfey '99 joined the Office of Career Strategy and Advancement after practicing law for twelve years at Blank Rome LLP, an international law firm in Philadelphia. Following graduation from Villanova Law, she joined Blank Rome as an associate in the Financial Services practice group and was elevated to partner in 2008. Henfey has extensive experience in hiring and recruiting. While in private practice, she chaired the firm's recruiting and retention committee and served as the firm's hiring partner. In addition, she was a member of the firm's Philadelphia recruiting and retention committee from 2001 to 2011 and served as a co-chair of the firm's summer program from 2003 through 2005. Henfey leads the Office of Career Strategy and Advancement.
