Roslyn H. Schaffer, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a human resources executive who has spent more than two decades providing HR guidance to some of the region’s most preeminent organizations and has been a member of the CPS faculty since 2006.  She is currently director of Human Resources for Delta Community Supports.  Her expertise covers such areas as performance management, leadership development, HR policies, employee relations, total rewards, diversity, staff coaching and mentoring, consensus building, change management and organizational development.  Active in advancing the HR profession, she has served on the board of SEPA SHRM since 2003 in various capacities including President and VP, Legislative Affairs. She earned a BS at Cornell, an MSW at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA at Drexel University.
