Roslyn H. Schaffer, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has spent more than two decades providing HR guidance to some of the region’s most preeminent organizations and has been a member of the CPS faculty since 2006.  She is currently director of Human Resources for Delta Community Supports.  Her expertise includes performance management, leadership development, HR policies, employee relations, total rewards, diversity, staff coaching and mentoring, consensus building, change management, and organizational development.  She has served on the board of SEPA SHRM since 2003 as both President and VP, Legislative Affairs. She earned a BS at Cornell, an MSW at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA at Drexel University.

Jim McHale, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP taught leadership, strategic planning and other business topics at Gwynedd Mercy University for many years. He also works at Spring Mountain Resort where he trains and coaches ski instructors. He served as the leader of the Strategic Source, Inc. (SSI) consulting practice for more than 20 years. Previously, Jim worked as a senior manager at the Sun Company in several HR and Systems roles.

SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP credential-holders may earn up to 39 PDCs for recertification when attending a SHRM Education Partner Program for professional development only.

 

This course is valid for 39 PDCs toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification.
