Employee Tuition Assistance or Reimbursement

EdAssist by Bright Horizons

Villanova University has partnered with EdAssist by Bright Horizons® to help you take the next step in your education journey. Employees of participating organizations receive a 15% tuition savings and waived application fees on eligible Villanova programs.

Corporation Tuition Assistance & Deferred Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance and deferred payment plans can help you finance your education. Please consult with your employer to determine eligibility and specific reimbursement procedures, including any required documentation.

Employees of the U.S. government can take advantage of educational savings through Villanova's partnership with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management Federal Academic Alliance.

Military Benefits

Military service members and veterans may be eligible for tuition payment/assistance through the Department of Veterans Affairs under the Post-9/11 G.I. Bill® or other benefits.

Resources available to help you navigate your military and veteran benefits:

  • Villanova Military Savings: active-duty, veterans and military-connected spouses and dependents are eligible to receive 15% savings per professional education certificate course.

Payment Plans

CPS students enrolled in a non-credit program and/or any individual non-credit course lasting 10 weeks or longer may participate in a payment plan.

Payment plans are offered through Nelnet Campus Commerce and students are encouraged to reach out to Nelnet directly through the NCC website.

Please note:

  • Payments must be made over the course of three months.
  • There is an additional $40 payment plan fee for each semester.
  • To initiate the use of a payment plan for an upcoming course, contact Lisa Weber for a specific code to submit with the application.

 

Students are responsible for payment of all charges on their student account. If a student has an overdue obligation, registration for an additional course or program will not be permitted, and certificates or other credentialing will not be released.

Overdue obligations may be referred to an outside agency or to an attorney for collection efforts and/or legal suit, the debti is increased to cover all reasonable costs of collection including collection fees, court costs and attorney fees.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS FOR PAYING A PROF ED BILL ONLINE FOR OUR NEW PROGRAMS?

On current Financing Your Education Page:

All billing is sent electronically and available via your MyNova account. Students and authorized users are able to view billing statements and make secured payments electronically. You can also print official invoices for self and employer use. Once you receive your confirmation and VU ID #, you may log onto V-Bill to create your V-bill account and then view/pay your bill electronically.
