INTERN HOUSING REGISTRATION
Villanova proudly offers a well-established short-term housing program for approximately 200 students from other colleges and universities coming to the Philadelphia area for internships related to their degree programs in Summer 2026.
Be sure to read through the information on this page carefully before proceeding to registration. Housing will be available with no extensions possible. Thank you for your interest!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Individual Registration: Students may register themselves through our general portal to secure housing in our on-campus apartments.
- Corporate Partnership: Companies can establish a contract with the Office of Conference Services to reserve housing for their selected interns. These interns are then provided a unique passcode to access a separate registration portal, distinct from the general population. Companies interested in reserving rooms for their summer interns may email Conference Services.
This program is open to registered students from any university who holds an internship in the Philadelphia region.
Current Villanova students are eligible to apply through the separate VU Intern registration portal and must also have an internship located in the Philadelphia area. Please note that on-campus housing between spring move-out and the start of the program, as well as early access to fall housing is not guaranteed and must be requested directly though Residence Life.

- One time registration fee: $115.00
- Full payment is required at registration
- Rate: $275.00/per intern per week
Registration portal for Individual Interns will go live Monday, February 2nd, 2026 at 12:00pm EST.
FAQ
Interns will reside in the West Campus apartments. Each intern will have a private bedroom within a shared area that includes a common living space, full kitchen, and bathroom.
No, we are unable to accommodate move in prior to May 24th, 2026.
No, we are unable to accommodate stays after July 31st, 2026.
Yes, you may request an apartment mate; however, requests are not guaranteed. Both you and your requested mate must list each other as your preferred roommate.
You can indicate this in your registration form or email your request to conferenceservices@villanova.edu.
Yes. Parking is included in your registration fee, outside your assigned apartment building. The vehicle information entered in your registration will be shared with Villanova’s Parking Office. Any changes made to the vehicle you are bringing to campus, email conferenceservices@villanova.edu before arrival.
Guests are permitted to stay up to two nights but may not park outside the apartments. Guest vehicles must be parked in the I-1 Garage.

Twin XL bed
Desk
Dresser
Other items should be brought, including but not limited to the following:

Yes. You have access to the Farley Gym on West Campus, open 7:00pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday. Closed on Holiidays.
Yes. Dougherty Dining Hall is open during the summer and other to-go options.
Meal plans are not available, but interns can pay per meal.
Yes, Interns can receive mail on campus. Once registration is confirmed, the student will receive a comprehensive information packet with more mail information.
