INTERN HOUSING REGISTRATION
Villanova proudly offers a well-established short-term housing program for approximately 200 students from other colleges and universities coming to the Philadelphia area for internships related to their degree programs in Summer 2026.
Be sure to read through the information on this page carefully before proceeding to registration. Housing will be available with no extensions possible. Thank you for your interest!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- This program is open to registered students from any university who holds a summer internship in the Philadelphia region.
- Registered Villanova students, this year, we are pleased to open our external program to you if you receive an official internship in the Philadelphia region. A separate registration portal will be labeled for you, more information specfic to you will be included.
- Duration: Minimum of 8 weeks up to 10
- Move in: Sunday May 24th 2026
- Check out: July 31st 2026 by 7:00pm
- One time registration fee: $115.00
- Full payment is required to complete registration
- Rate: $275.00/per intern per week
Registration portal for Individual Interns will go live Monday, February 2nd, 2026 at 12:00pm EST.
FAQ
Interns will reside in the West Campus apartments. Each intern will have a private bedroom within a shared area that includes a common living space, full kitchen, and bathroom.
No, we are unable to accommodate move in prior to May 24th, 2026.
No, we are unable to accommodate stays after July 31st, 2026.
Yes, you may request an apartment mate; however, requests are not guaranteed. Both you and your requested mate must list each other as your preferred roommate. You can indicate this in your registration form or email your request to conferenceservices@villanova.edu.
If no roommate is requested, another intern will be assigned.
Yes. Parking is included in your registration fee, outside your assigned apartment building. The vehicle information entered in your registration will be shared with Villanova’s Parking Office. Any changes made to the vehicle you are bringing to campus. email conferenceservices@villanova.edu before arrival.
(not applicable to Villanova Students, you must register your car for a summer pass with the parking office)
Guests are permitted to stay up to two nights but may not park outside the apartments. Guest vehicles must be parked in the I-1 Garage.
Each apartment provides:
Kitchen Appliances: Large Fridge, Microwave, Oven
Living Room Furniture
Dining Table & Chairs
Twin XL bed
Desk
Dresser
Other items should be brought, including but not limited to the following:
Cookware
Dining Utensils
Linens
Toiletries
Televisions
You have access to the Farley Gym on West Campus, open 7:00pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday. Closed on Holidays.
Yes. Dougherty Dining Hall is open during the summer and other to-go options.
Meal plans are not available, but interns can pay per meal.
Yes, Interns can receive mail on campus. Once registration is confirmed, the student will receive a comprehensive information packet with mailing information.
