VSB to Offer 18-Month Fast-Track MBA Option

Villanova, Pa, March 11, 2024 – The Villanova School of Business (VSB) will offer an 18-month accelerated MBA degree starting Fall 2024. The “Fast-Track” MBA is designed for professionals who wish to advance their careers with an MBA through a shorter time period. The program’s hybrid format will consist of in-person courses at Villanova’s Main Campus or Center City Philadelphia location as well as online.

“We know that some students are motivated to complete the MBA program as quickly as possible, while they have the time and capacity in their personal and professional lives to do so,” explains Manuel (Manny) Nuñez ’03 MBA, associate dean, Graduate Programs, and professor of practice, Management and Operations. “Students now have the option to move at a faster pace in exchange for the ability to complete their degree and reap the benefits of an MBA in less time.”

The traditional Villanova Professional MBA program is offered through in-person, online, and hybrid formats and is self-paced, with most students completing the program in a few years. The Fast-Track program maintains the same features and curriculum of the traditional MBA program – including seven specializations, a global immersion opportunity, and access to Villanova’s professional development resources – over 18 months. In addition, the Fast-Track MBA offers priority course registration and a fixed tuition guarantee for the duration of the program.

“Fast-Track MBA students can enjoy all the benefits of the traditional self-paced MBA without compromising the depth and quality of the education and student experience” says Wen Mao, PhD, the Helen and William O’Toole Dean of VSB. “We are pleased to offer this new option to help our MBA students achieve their goals as efficiently and effectively as possible.”

Registration is now open for the Fall 2024 cohort of the Fast-Track MBA program. Visit business.villanova.edu for more information.
