Villanova, Pa., January 24, 2023 – The Villanova School of Business (VSB) was ranked among top schools in the annual U.S. News & World Report Best Online Graduate Business Programs, and the Best Online MBA rankings, earning top 20 placement in both.

VSB has earned top honors consistently in the Best Graduate Online Business Programs since the ranking’s inception in 2014 for its Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) and Master of Science in Church Management (MSCM) programs, coming in at #16 this year. The MSBA exposes students to the entire business analytics continuum to build a broad toolkit of analytics skills. This approach allows graduates to apply analytics expertise to ever-evolving business needs and make informed, sustainable decisions. The MSCM is a one-of-a-kind two-year business program designed to empower church leaders to apply sound business principles to church management-related issues and decision making. Both programs were built from the ground up with input from industry experts, for a fully tailored and application-based experience.

The Villanova Online MBA also ranked highly at #19, further demonstrating VSB’s ability to deliver an exceptional learning experience for students regardless of the modality. The Villanova Online MBA program combines real-world experience with traditional academics, enabling students to excel in the workplace right away. The Online MBA offers the same curriculum, expert faculty, and NovaNation network as the top-ranked campus program in a flexible, convenient format.

The Villanova Online MBA was recognized among top programs for several OMBA specialty areas, including #9 for Marketing, #22 for Business Analytics, and #23 for Veterans.

Joyce E. A. Russell, PhD, The Helen and William O’Toole Dean of VSB, notes, “VSB consistently delivers high-quality education for our online students, made possible by the exceptional strength and dedication of our faculty and staff. They design and provide an outstanding curriculum and overall experience for our students.”

The methodology of U.S. News & World Report’s annual ranking of online graduate business programs emphasizes student engagement, admissions selectivity, faculty credentials and training, and student services and technology capabilities. It also considers the reputation of the program among high-ranking business academic officials through a peer survey.

VSB is committed to providing a high-quality education and world-class student services at all levels. VSB is known for its teaching excellence, current research, academic rigor, state-of-the-art learning facilities and the integration of ethics and service into curricular and extracurricular experiences.
