FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Villanova University's College of Professional Studies offers a Facilities Management Course, ideal for facility managers in any industry.

Professionals will be able to earn IFMA’s Facility Management Professional® (FMP®) credential upon successful completion of the four course assessments. The FMP® is the must-have credential for facility management (FM) professionals and industry suppliers looking to increase their depth-of-knowledge in the core FM topics deemed critical by employers.

Meet the Instructor
Kevin Phoenix, CFM is an engineering and facilities management professional and mentor with over 35 years of experience working with five global companies. He is qualified by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) to instruct both the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and Facility Management Professional (FMP) credential courses. His career is currently dedicated to education and mentoring for individuals and companies looking to grow.
