    Villanova, Pa., July 18, 2017 – Mike Castrilli and Charles Zech, PhD, of VSB’s Center of Church Management (CCM) won second place in the 2017 Catholic Press Association Awards for their book Parish Finance: Best Practices in Church Management.     Villanova, Pa., June 27, 2017- The Villanova School of Business (VSB) is pleased to announce that the Journal of World Business (JWB) is now ranked 23 out of 121 business journals by Thomson Reuter’s two-year impact factor, and widely considered to be among the top international business journal by scholars in the field. JWB has been housed within VSB’s Center for Global Leadership (CGL) since September 2015 when Jonathan Doh, PhD, Herbert G. Rammrath Endowed Chair in International Business and CGL Faculty Director, took over as editor-in-chief and CGL Director Kim Cahill assumed the role of managing director. read more

    VSB Partners with Agnes Irwin School for Entrepreneur Program

    Villanova, Pa., June 28, 2017 — Earlier this month, Villanova School of Business (VSB) partnered with Agnes Irwin School (AIS), a local all-girls, college preparatory school, to offer an entrepreneurship program which comprised of a day on Villanova’s campus learning entrepreneurial skills as well as day at AIS where the students pitched their business concepts to a panel of Villanova judges. This program was part of AIS’s Special Studies Program for ninth graders which allows students to choose topics they want to explore. read more

    VILLANOVA, Pa., May 8, 2017 – In May, the Villanova School of Business (VSB) hosted the third meeting of the DIS Business Faculty Advisory Council (B-FAC) on which Melinda German, Associate Dean of VSB, serves. The board is a part of Danish Institute for Study Abroad (DIS), a program for Study Abroad in Scandinavia in which students can choose their academic concentration and where they would like to study, Copenhagen or Stockholm. read more
