Request a Recording

UNIT's Multimedia Technologies provides event, classroom and other recording services on campus.

 

Recording requests should be made as far in advance as possible.

Staff is scheduled based on recording needs, although we will try to accommodate all requests, we may not be able to accommodate requests placed less two business days prior to the event.

 

NOTICE: Our form has moved.

To request a recording please do the following:

  1. Visit http://support.villanova.edu
  2. Click on "Complete a Web Form"
  3. Choose "New Request" under Audio Video Recording Request or Medaisite Recording Request. A questioner will pop up asking for the details of your request.
  4. Complete the questionnaire.
  5. Submit the questionnaire.

You will receive an email confirmation of your form submission. This is NOT a confirmation that we are able to fulfill your request, it is only a confirmation that your request has been received. A member of Multimedia Technologies will follow up with a confirmation as soon as your request has been staffed.

Event Recording

Media Services can record events on campus for use in class, in Blackboard, ItunesU, YouTube or delivered via MediaSite.  If you would like your event or class recorded please complete our "Request for Media Recording" form.

MyMediasite allows you to quickly and easily record and distribute a video or lecture from your laptop or even your iPhone!
