CONTRACT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE COURSES

Examine the theory and practice of federal acquisition management, focusing on pre- and post-award contracting for complex, noncommercial acquisitions. Develop the skills to serve as a business advisor, applying ethical principles and sound judgment to resolve contracting issues. Gain expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance, contracting methods, negotiations, audits and dispute resolution. Ideal for professionals managing federal contracts or preparing for the Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certification.

ELECTIVES

Navigate the complexities of high-stakes contracts with an in-depth exploration of the Contract Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK). This course provides a comprehensive introduction to project management, equipping you with essential tools, methodologies and leadership skills to successfully plan, execute and manage projects across industries.
