PMP® Exam Preparation is a course designed for experienced project managers to enhance their knowledge of and skills in the field.

As a Project Management Institute Authorized Training Partner (ATP), Villanova students will gain insight into the structure, grading system, and study strategies required for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Exam. Course content includes the five process groups and 10 knowledge areas addressed in the latest edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).

Meet the Instructor

palladino_mike
Mike Palladino is the Head of the Agile Center of Excellence at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals, and former president of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Delaware Valley Chapter. As an instructor, he brings interactive teaching methods, new technologies and individual attention to his classes. Through his own professional experiences, Palladino has found project management to be a natural and valuable transition from many fields. In addition to continuing to teach for CPS, Palladino’s upcoming plans include presenting on project management in Ukraine and potentially Norway, Milan and Dubai.

COURSE DETAILS

For students preparing to sit for the PMP Exam, there are additional prerequisites you need to meet before you are qualified to take the exam (i.e. hours worked as a project manager). These prerequisites can be found on the Project Management Institute’s website.
