ENROLLMENT SYSTEMS AND ANALYTICS

The Enrollment Systems and Analytics (ESA) team employs technologies to develop innovative, efficient and quality enrollment management processes and services in support of our Strategic Enrollment Management plan. Our overarching goal is to provide quality services to our students, faculty and Villanova community through effective use of software tools. The ESA team also collaborates across the campus to provide data analyses and reports to help drive decisions and planning related to prospective and current students.

Enrollment Reports

COMMON DATA SET

Our student enrollment profile provides key University statistics such as enrollment by student type, enrollment by degree level, sex, race, ethnicity and geographic region. All data is publicly reported and accessible by anyone.

The Common Data Set (CDS) Initiative is a collaborative effort among data providers in the higher education community with the combined goal of improving the quality of information provided to all involved in a student's transition into higher education. The CDS contains standard data items and definitions that undergo broad review by the CDS Advisory Board as well as by data providers representing secondary schools and two- and four-year colleges.

If you are looking for specific data that is not included in the reports, you can submit a request using our Data Request Form.
