Senior Sunrise

Celebrate your final days on campus at sunrise with breakfast, coffee, giveaways, and the opportunity to be part of a Class of 2024 photo during golden hour at this free event, sponsored by the Senior Class Gift program and VU Seniors!

The Last Lecture and Class of 2024 Toast

4:30 PM | Rowen Campus Green 

The Last Lecture and Class of 2024 Toast is a great way to celebrate your accomplishments as a class and hear parting words from a favorite faculty member. The selected faculty member will be revealed during the Last Lecture.

Reminisce, dine, and celebrate the journey that began four years ago with your fellow classmates with a final meal on South Campus.

'Ales' Well That Ends Well

12:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Workhorse Brewing Company (King of Prussia)

Workhorse Brewing is hosting the senior class for an afternoon filled with a tour of the brewery, fun, and entertainment. Admission includes food, live entertainment, and two drink tickets for Workhorse's signature beers, seltzers, and ciders.

Tickets are required for this event and cost $45. Undergraduate students only; no guests.

Senior Mass

7:00 PM | St. Thomas of Villanova Church

All are welcome at the Senior Mass, which brings students together in reflection and gratitude, featuring a mix of music, readings, and blessings that inspire graduates as they prepare for the week to come.

Twilight Shadows Gather

8:00 PM, Following Mass | Rowen Campus Green

A brand new tradition at Villanova, Twilight Shadows Gather calls back to the Alma Mater and begins immediately following the Senior Mass on the Rowen Campus Green. Join us for a special candlelit moment with your fellow graduates.

Last Call!

7:00 PM | Xfinity Live! (South Philadelphia)

The 'Cats may not be playing at the Wells Fargo Center, but Xfinity Live! is the place to be. Join us for this special event to celebrate the Class of 2024 for one more Last Call!

Tickets are required for this event and cost $50. Undergraduate students only; no guests.

Class of 2024 Senior Picnic

12:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Mendel Field

Join your senior class for the Senior Picnic, an annual tradition for the graduating class. This event includes food, drinks, live entertainment, fun and games!

Tickets are required for this event and cost $30. Note: $5 of the ticket price will serve as a donation to Student Involvement programs. Undergraduate students only; no guests.

Senior Class Gift Donor Reception

6:00 PM | Lobby, The Mullen Center for the Preforming Arts

Invitation only for students who've given $20.24 or more to the Senior Class Gift.

Blue & White Bash

7:30 PM | Finneran Pavilion

This unique event for members of the senior class is a night filled with music, dancing, entertainment, food and drink! Dress is blue and white - and both formal and casual dress are welcome!

Tickets are required for this event and cost $55. Undergraduate students only; no guests.

Wildcat Crossing

1:00 PM | Rowen Campus Green 

All are welcome to attend this special ceremony honoring graduating seniors whose stories or identities are underrepresented on our campus, or who have required extra strength or resilience to graduate from Villanova University.

Register through the Center for Access, Success, and Achievement.

Baccalaureate Mass

10:00 AM | Rowen Campus Green

All bachelor, master, doctoral and law graduates and their guests are welcome at  this beautiful event that brings the community together. A special Augustinian blessing offered at the end of the Mass is one of Villanova's most treasured traditions.

No RSVP required. Baccalaureate is approximately 1.5 hours long and will also be livestreamed.
 

Commencement Lunch on the Green

11:30 AM | Mendel Field

Immediately following the Baccalaureate Mass and prior to the Bachelor's Degree Commencement Ceremony, a picnic lunch provided by Wawa will be offered and can be enjoyed outside throughout campus. Lunch must be purchased in advance online for $10 per person and will be available for pick-up at Mendel Field immediately following Baccalaureate.

Complete the Commencement Lunch on the Green online ORDER FORM. Orders should include the graduate and each of their guests in the same order. Orders are due by May 5.

Bachelor's Degree Commencement & Recognition Ceremony

2:30 PM | Villanova Stadium

University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA and the deans from each of the Colleges and Schools will confer degrees. At this ceremony, the names of all graduates will be called, and graduates will walk across the stage.

Each undergraduate is permitted up to four guests. In the event of severe weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors and two guests will be permitted. Graduates will receive their guest tickets in MarchingOrder in early May 2024. Gates to the stadium will open at 1:00 PM and the faculty procession begins at 2:15 PM. The Commencement Ceremony is approximately 3 hours long and will also be livestreamed.

President's and Deans' Reception for the Class of 2024 Bachelor's Degree Graduates

5:30 PM | Designated Areas Throughout Campus

Immediately following Commencement is the President's and Deans' Reception where graduates and their guests can enjoy light refreshments while celebrating with fellow graduates and faculty in college-designated locations throughout campus.
