Attendees will become familiar with the basic functions of Banner, including accessing, using the interface, navigating, main menu structure, accessing forms and creating/changing and copying MyBanner.
Attendees will learn how to export data from the Oracle Banner data base, run queries and reports, create mail merges, and send mass emails.
All of the data on banner forms is available for reports you can create with discoverer. Support your department with on-line access to everything about the students, classes and faculty by term and subject.
Discoverer Plus is the program that accesses the database, providing conditions/filters (What ifs), sorts, totals, and calculations.
The attendee will learn to use myNOVA/Novasis to view performance vs. budget, review transaction details, approve documents and complete purchase requisitions.You must be a financial user to take this workshop.
