Hotel Registration takes place Friday, Nov. 6th from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the Connelly Center, Villanova Room.
STEP 1: HODs should come with a copy of the NCR housing form that he/she filled out as part of his/her county/area’s registration packet. Verify that all athletes have been housed in your hotel.
STEP 2: After hotel registration, the HOD will pick up and distribute the room keys to his/her delegation. Room keys WILLNOT be available before this time. The HOD is responsible for returning room keys of any scratched athletes who did not attend the Festival. They should return the keys to the registration table by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 4th.
STEP 3: Any changes in room assignments must be given to the front desk of the respective hotel (yellow copy) and to S.O.S. (white copy). Please keep the pink copy for your records. For security and medical reasons, no room assignments may be changed after the updated housing form is submitted.
