Commencement / Graduation Questions?
Visit the Commencement website.
In light of current circumstances, the VU Seniors Committee would like to provide updates regarding University-sponsored events designed specifically for members of the undergraduate Class of 2020. We hope this e-mail can answer some of your questions.
The Office of Student Involvement will provide full refunds to all students who purchased Senior Week tickets. We will begin processing refunds within the next month. This procedure will differ for students depending on their initial method of payment:
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding VillanovaTix and Senior Week ticket purchases. Do not reach out to VillanovaTix directly as they will only forward your message to us.
On May 15, 2020, the day of Villanova’s scheduled Commencement, University President, the Rev. Peter Donohue, O.S.A. will confer degrees via an online event. When it is safe to gather, we will celebrate the Class of 2020 in-person at Villanova. We are currently exploring dates and will share details as soon as plans can be finalized.
Additionally, all graduates received an email on March 24, 2020 from email@example.com requesting information. Some of the information requested will be used so your cap and gown can be mailed to you. Please be sure to view this email and update your graduation registration with the information requested.
If you have specific questions about Commencement, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Senior Class Gift
The $5 Senior Class Gift Donation included in the Senior Ball ticket purchase price will be refunded to students. Kasia Jaworski, the Assistant Director of Student Philanthropy and Reunion Giving, will personally reach out to those who made an additional gift of $15.20 separately through VillanovaTix.com. We are exploring options to thank and celebrate our senior class gift donors in place of the Senior Donor Reception. Please contact email@example.com if you have additional questions.
