Registration for The University of the Arts Summer Music Studies Program opens on March 1, 2019.
The Villanova Summer Music Studies Program for Music Educators has completed 25 years. From 1990 to 2014 over 12,000 music educators have taken our practical graduate music education courses.
Beginning in summer 2015, The University of The Arts, our long time partner and credit grantor, assumed administrative responsibility of the organization of the program. Villanova University serves as host and liaison to summer resident students and oversees classroom spaces, preparation, and hospitality. This shift happened in order to stream-line the program and provide equal access to online services and transcript information for all students earning credit at UArts.
Our collaboration with The University of The Arts is a long standing partnership that will continue into the future.
Villanova is offering our regular dormitory housing during the program - this year housing will be in Klekotka Hall. Please be sure you are confirmed in your courses before registering for housing. Visit our housing registration page to register. Please note: You must register for housing by noon on Friday for Sunday evening/Monday morning move-in. Otherwise, a room will not be available for move-in until Monday after class.
