Food For Thought
Slouching all day – Poor posture contributes to fatigue because it reduces mobility in your joints and muscles and drains you of energy. Straighten up to give you more energy!
Your coffee or soda addiction – Caffeine gives you the buzz you crave, but too much will tax your adrenal glands leaving you tired and restless. Cut back and try water or fruit juices instead.
Snacking on potato chips or cookies – A diet of processed foods triggers fatigue. Eat more whole foods like carrots or fresh fruit for a boost of energy.
