It’s easy to get caught up in fads and media ideas when it comes to nutrition. Most likely, someone has told you that one of your favorite foods is unhealthy and that you should stop eating it. But like everything else, one of the keys to nutrition is moderation. Sure, eating an order of cheese fries or a piece of chocolate cake every day isn’t the best for your health. That doesn’t mean you should feel guilty for treating yourself every once in a while. When eaten in moderation and balanced with exercise and a healthy diet, letting yourself snack on your favorite guilty pleasures is a great way to give yourself a mental health boost every so often!
