Each year during Nutrition Month in March, our culinary staff participates in Veggie Mania, an internal competition to develop extraordinary vegan dishes. Our Nutrition Program, VEG, focuses on increasing plant based foods and this competition allows us to add new recipes to our menu each year.
Samples of the top three entries are offered at the Earth Day Farmer's Market on April 20, 2017.
