2015 Veggie Mania Winners

Each year during National Nutrition Month our culinary staff participates in Veggie Mania, a contest to develop extraodinary vegan dishes.  Samples of the top 3 entries will be offered at the Earth Day Farmer's Market.  Below you'll find this year's winners.  Recipes and nutritional information for each of these dishes will be posted soon.
