Tony graduated from Villanova University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Honors Concentration. Upon graduation Tony joined Lincoln Financial Group in Hartford, CT as part of their Professional Development Program. Tony accepted a position as a Project Manager in Underwriting & New Business in 2009 where he was ultimately promoted to the manager of this team in late 2010. After developing a strong team of Project Managers and Operational Excellence Consultants within the department, Tony recently began a new role in 2012 in which he has been tasked to develop a team focused on promoting the strengths of the department and improving communications with their customers.
Tony remains active in the community through various volunteer committees including a lunch program reading to elementary school students at local city schools and The United Way. He also enjoys being an active mentor for employees within his company. Tony is currently studying for his GMAT and is hoping to start the Part-Time MBA Program at UCONN in the Spring of 2013.

I began my college career as a biology major, intending to pursue a career as a physician, but halfway through my time at Villanova, I decided that medicine was not for me. I switched to Political Science but still had an interest in pursuing some type of career in healthcare. I received an internship at Purdue (my current employer) and soon found a passion for the pharmaceutical industry. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Honors Program with a major in Political Science and a minor in Biology (I was also a Presidential Scholar).
I have worked in a number of areas during my 11 years at Purdue, including sales, sales training, market research, forecasting and analytics, and managed care. I also studied at NYU’s Stern School of Business part-time and received my MBA in 2007. In my current position, I am responsible for my company’s relationships with all of the health plans in NY, NJ, DE, and eastern PA. In my “spare time,” I am also the President of the Fairfield/Westchester Chapter of the Villanova Alumni Association. But my heart is always with the Honors Program!

I graduated with a degree in Philosophy in 1998. After a brief (one semester) stint in graduate school for Philosophy, I entered the world of Pharmaceuticals, working for Johnson & Johnson. I spent seven years in Hospital Sales with J&J, and departed in 2006 to join Novartis Pharmaceuticals. At Novartis I marketed Xolair, a monoclonal antibody for allergic asthma, to major medical centers in New York and New Jersey.
I recently accepted a position with Europe's largest biotechnology company, Actelion Pharmaceuticals as a territory manager in the Newark, NJ area.

Kim graduated from Villanova with a BA in Philosophy and a BAH. She also received her MA in Theatre in 2009. Kim has worked in Marketing and PR for a number of local theatres.

I currently work as a Category Manager for Church & Dwight Inc., a leader in the Household Consumer Products and Personal Care industry, with such brands as ARM & HAMMER, Trojan, First Response, Nair, Spinbrush, Oxi Clean, Orajel and more. My job is to provide retail customers (Shop Rite, Publix, Food Lion) and internal sales teams with insights and analytics to maximize both category and brand sales.
I attended Villanova University as a Presidential Scholar and graduated in 2006 with Honors and degrees in Marketing, Economics and Sociology. I have stayed in the Philadelphia area and was married two years ago. I would love to be a mentor since I believe mentorship was critical to my own success.
