Villanova University offers three fully online bachelor’s degree programs specifically designed for working professionals who have some college experience, as well as one post-baccalaureate certificate for professionals who have already earned a bachelor's degree.

BIS with a major in Organizational Development and Management
Offered online or in a hybrid format, the Organizational Development and Management prepares you to be a strategic, ethical, effective, and innovative leader in corporations and communities. Offered online or in a hybrid format, and available as a major and minor within the Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies is a Human Resource Management program of study. Created in partnership between the College of Professional Studies and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Master's in Human Resource Development program, this major provides a framework for the application of human resource principles that can be applied in a broad range of organizational settings.
Leadership Certificate
Offered online, on campus and in a hybrid format, the Leadership Certificate is designed for individuals with a bachelor’s degree in business or liberal arts who wish to acquire a formal background in leadership.
