Leadership Symposium 2020 Wide

We invite you to join us for Villanova University's College of Professional Studies 2nd Annual Leadership Symposium - a professional education course designed to bring together managers, team leaders, and change agents for an intensive, engaging, and interactive learning experience.

The Leadership Symposium 2020 will explore the themes of innovation, entrepreneurship, and leading with a growth mindset. As relationships, organizations, and societies become increasingly more complex, the need for demonstrating innovative leadership through a growth-oriented perspective will also become increasingly more important. As a result of participating in the weekend Symposium, participants will reflect on their individual strengths and the ways in which these strengths can contribute to the pursuit of leadership innovation and entrepreneurship. Participants will also have an opportunity to identify some of the central principles of a growth mindset and apply these principles to their experiences in a current group, team, or organization.
