Commencement Weekend Parking
Graduates will have the opportunity to receive two designated-lot parking passes for all ceremonies. Each graduate must indicate the number of parking passes needed. Passes will then be distributed at the Graduation Fair on April 21, 2020 in the Connelly Center, Villanova Room or shipped with the Cap and Gown if that option is selected.

On-campus parking will be limited and every vehicle must have Commencement parking pass to enter campus on Friday afternoon and Saturday.

Accessible Parking
Any graduate whose guests require accessible parking may exchange one of their designated lot parking passes (they receive 2 each) for a pass to an accessible parking lot.  Eligible persons include those with a state-issued handicapped license plate or handicapped placard.  The license plate must be on the vehicle or the placard displayed and easily visible to the parking attendants when approaching the parking lot. Once parked, hosts and golf carts will be available to assist with transport to the Commencement ceremonies.

Any guests without a handicap placard but still requiring assistance may be dropped-off behind the University Stadium (Lot A-2). Please use the Galberry entrance off of Lancaster Ave. Please see the Parking and Maps section of the webpage for specific details.  Parking conditions are extremely crowded for Commencement. We urge you and your guests to arrive early and to car pool, or consider taking the SEPTA Regional Rail.

The Registrar's Office will mail all diplomas to the address provided on your Prospective Graduate Form or Application to Graduate.  In the absence of a completed form, diplomas will be mailed to the graduates' permanent home address of record.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.  If you need to make special arrangements for pickup, please contact the Registrar's Office directly.
