The University Compliance Office provides information regarding new and recently revised university-wide policies. Please refer back to this webpage often for updates. The table below provides information on new and revised policies over a rolling one-year period. Members of the Title IX Policy Committee including the University Compliance Office, Office of the General Counsel, Provost’s Office, Dean of Students Office, Student Life, Public Safety, Office of Health Promotion, Law School and Athletics review the policy annually and as needed throughout the year.  Edits to the 2020-21 policy include additional or clarifying language in sections I, II.A, II.B, IV, IV.A, IV.B, IV.E, and IV.I as well as an update to: information on supportive measures in Appendix B; Title IX Notice in Appendix C; and prevention and education efforts outlined in Appendix D.

Reporting Foreign Gifts and Contracts Policy

This policy sets forth Villanova University’s commitment to comply with Section 117 of the HEA, raises awareness regarding these disclosure requirements, and establishes a process by which University units will submit foreign gift and contract data to the Office of Financial Affairs for review and processing.

Processing Credit Card Payments Taken by Department

Bursar’s Office

Revised May 20, 2020

Revisions include that the Bursar's Office will no longer accept instances of individual credit card payments where credit card and other personal identifiable information needs to be obtained from the cardholder and then provided to the Bursar's Office in order to process the payment.
