Villanova President Featured on NBC’s Today Show

Villanova University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, was featured on NBC’s Today Show on Tuesday, Sept. 22 and Wednesday, Sept. 23, as part of the program's national coverage of Pope Francis' visit to the United States. On Tuesday, Sept. 22, Father Donohue was part of a segment about “Why Pope Francis is the Rock Star Pontiff.” Several Villanova students were also interviewed for the piece, in which NBC News special anchor Maria Shriver analyzes the roots of the "rock star" pope's wide appeal to Catholics and non-Catholics alike.
