UNIT TechZone

The UNIT Help Desk offers a satellite office in the law school, the Law School TechZone, whose staff is available to assist with computer hardware and software problems. For hands-on support please stop by the TechZone located in the Library across from the Reference desk.

A self-service help desk is available for troubleshooting after hours. Simply log in to Easy Vista  using your Villanova user ID and password. Instructions are available here.

The Easy Vista portal also contains a searchable knowledge base to help answer your technology related questions. To search, log in to Easy Vista  with your Villanova user ID and password, then click “Search” to find articles in the knowledge base.
