Villanova Law Review Cited in Delaware Supreme Court Opinion
The Delaware Supreme Court recently cited a casenote written by Glenn McGillivray ’14, former Editor-in-Chief of Villanova Law Review, in its opinion of Eastern Savings Bank, FSB v. CACH, LLC. McGillivray’s casenote, “What’s Your Priority?: Revitalizing Pennsylvania’s Approach to Equitable Subrogation of Mortgages After First Commonwealth Bank v. Founded in 1956, the Villanova Law Review is a student-run and student-edited journal devoted to the advancement of legal scholarship. It accepts submissions representing diverse viewpoints on a range of issues, and all articles undergo a rigorous editorial process. The journal publishes a minimum of five issues each academic year, including a Symposium issue and the annual Third Circuit Review.
