The Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law invites you to join Andrew Brandt for a discussion on concussions in athletics with:
- Mick Foley - three-time WWE champion and Hall of Fame inductee, and New York Times bestselling author.
- Chris Nowinski - Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Sports Legacy Institute. The Sports Legacy Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to solving the sports concussion crisis through education, policy and research. Mr. Nowinski's efforts have led to groundbreaking studies at Boston University on Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) in brains of deceased athletes. Mr. Nowinski is a former NFL player and WWE wrestler who was the focus of the movie "Head Games” and speaks nationally on concussion issues.
