Andrew Brandt Discusses O’Bannon v. NCAA on Bloomberg Television’s Market Makers

Andrew Brandt, Director of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law at Villanova University School of Law, appeared on Bloomberg Television’s Market Makers on June 13 to discuss O’Bannon v. NCAA.  Click here to view the segment.

The case—currently being tried in the US District Court for the Northern District of California—involves former UCLA basketball player Ed O’Bannon, who is suing to force the National Collegiate Athletic Association to allow student players to seek payments when their games are televised.
