Recruitment Programs

The Office of Career Strategy and Advancement invites your organization to participate in our Recruiting Programs. Whether your organization is large or small, local or far away, private or public, our Programs can work for you.

Villanova Recruiting Programs offer a wide variety of options for recruiting students for summer, part-time and full-time positions. These programs are free and available throughout the year. Simply choose a program from the list below and click the attached link to register.

Our Career Strategy team stands ready to assist your organization in finding the Villanova student that is the perfect fit for your job opportunity. Contact Kristin L. Archibald, Esq., Director of Career Strategy and Recruitment, for more information or assistance. 


Our office publicizes your job opportunity, collects applications from interested students and then delivers the applications to you. You pre-screen the applications and select the students you wish to interview. We schedule the interviews at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

If you are unable to make it to campus, we simply publicize your job opportunity, collect student applications and e-mail them to you in an organized manner. You arrange interviews directly with the students you wish to meet.

New York-based companies that are unable to visit our campus can register for our New York Interviewing Program, held in each September.

Co-sponsored by Villanova, University of Pennsylvania Law School, Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, Temple University Beasley School of Law, The Dickinson School of Law at the Pennsylvania State University, the Widener University School of Law, and the Drexel School of Law, the GPALS Philadelphia Job Fair attracts dozens of out-of-state firms, government agencies, and non-profits.

Interviews take place each September at Temple's Center City Campus. Please contact the Office of Career Strategy to register for the GPALS Philadelphia Job Fair.

Villanova participates in a broad range of Job Fairs throughout the year, including the Patent Law Interview Program, New Hampshire/New England Job Fair, National Association of Public Interest Law Job Fair, Philadelphia Public Interest /Public Service Job Fair, the GPALS Washington DC Job Fair and the GPALS Philadelphia Job Fair. Our office participates in interviewing programs and job fairs intended to increase diversity in the profession, such as the Philadelphia Area Minority Job Fair, Lavender Law Conference, DuPont Minority Job Fair, Minnesota Minority Job Fair, Delaware Minority Job Fair for 2Ls and 3Ls, and the Delaware Minority Job Fair for 1Ls. Contact the Office of Career Strategy for more information.
