Info Sessions

Professor Leslie Book

The Admissions Office hosts information sessions throughout the academic semesters. These sessions include an opportunity to attend a class, tour the building, and attend a session with members of the Admissions Office. Prospective students are encouraged to attend these events, as they are the best way to learn more about the Villanova Law experience. Registration is required.

Please note that these information sessions are designed for prospective students. Admitted students should contact the Admissions Office to schedule individual visits. For those who are unable to attend an information session, you may still schedule a tour and/or class visit using the individual visit form.

For a comprehensive listing of all Admissions programs and recruitment events, please view our 2018-19 Calendar of Events.

Do you have an interest in intellectual property law? Have you ever wondered what an intellectual property lawyer does? “Intellectual property” is an umbrella term that encompasses primarily four bodies of law: trade secret, patent, copyright, and trademark. As an intellectual property lawyer, your practice could fall in any of these areas and could focus on litigation, licensing, transactions, administrative practice, or counseling. You do not need to have a science or technical background for most areas of intellectual property practice.

Join us for a webinar as professors and students discuss: educational and experiential opportunities at Villanova; our IP law concentration; short stories about clinical experiences; specialized courses; the legal job landscape; extracurricular activities; and more.
