At the Cardozo University Law and Humanities Institute New York conference on the topic, "What Lives Matter/How Lives Matter," presented her essay, "Playing the Victim: Reflections on Roles, Reforms, and Revolutions," a philosophical exploration of the roles of victims and survivors in the US criminal legal system.
