Bursar's Office Access: Covid-19 Guidelines

A safe reopening this fall requires the commitment of all Villanovans to do their part. Members of the University community must exercise care and caution in their daily activities by adhering to protocols around wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and practicing social distancing. We must be prepared to work together and to be flexible and vigilant in our commitment to caring for our own health and the health of those around us.

The Bursar’s Office is committed to providing quick assistance to those finding need from our Office.  Social Distancing requirements have altered how we go about providing such assistance.  The square footage in our office does not provide space to offer social distancing for visitors.

 

Students:

Since March, we have been asking students and their families to e-mail their inquiries to our office.  We have been able to consistently respond to those e-mails within a 24-hour period even at the busiest times.  We feel this is the best way to maintain social distancing and to get your questions answered.  Our e-mail address is bursar@villanova.edu

We are also asking students and their families to remit payments electronically, whenever possible.  Our website and our V-bill site provide links for such payments is www.bursar.villanova.edu.  If a student finds they need to submit a check payment in person, they can come to our office on the first floor of Kennedy Hall.  A mask must be worn to enter Kennedy Hall and to enter our office.  One person can be in the office at a time.  The entryway is as far as we are able to allow a visitor into the office.  We have a drop-box where a student can leave their check.  We clear the box a minimum of three times a day and process the payments.

 

Employees:

We are asking Villanova employees who have need of Bursar's Office Services to adhere to the following:

  • A mask must be worn to enter Kennedy Hall and to enter our office.
  • Only one person can be in the office at a time.
  • The entryway is as far as we are able to allow a visitor into the office.
  • We have a drop-box or slot where paperwork, deposit, etc. can be dropped off.
  • We will process any necessary transactions and either e-mail or inter-office mail any receipts.
  • We, unfortunately, cannot allow individuals to stand and wait for transactions to be completed.

Please call our office if you have questions, prior to visiting our office.  We will make every effort to work safely with our community members.  We thank you for your cooperation in these unprecedented times.
