Undergraduate and Graduate Transcripts

Undergraduate and Graduate Transcripts are delivered electronically, by postal delivery, campus mail, or by student pick-up. All financial and registrar obligations must be cleared before any transcript request will be honored.  

 

Both electronic transcript orders and mailed paper transcript orders are fulfilled by Credentials Solutions.

Current Students and Alumni/Former Students who completed a course in the past year

  • Go to myNOVA
  • In the search box, enter Transcript
  • Select the Order a Transcript card or task item
  • Log in with your Villanova username and password
  • In the next window, select the first link, Villanova University- Main Campus Degree Program to order a transcript from Transcripts Plus

Alumni and Former Students  (or those who cannot access myNOVA) 
Order a transcript from the TranscriptsPlus website.  Select Main Campus Degree Program.

Please note that if your attendance at Villanova University began prior to 1984, your transcript is available in paper format only (i.e., electronic delivery is not available).

If you are uncomfortable placing an order over the Internet, you can call Credentials Inc. at 847-716-3005 to place your transcript request.  There is an additional operator surcharge for placing orders over the telephone.

  • All transcripts issued are official. No unofficial transcripts will be issued
  • Due to Federal law, requests CANNOT be processed without a legal signature or secured authorization  Therefore, email and telephone requests cannot be honored.
  • Requests are normally processed within two business days of receipt but may take up to five days during peak periods (beginning and end of each semester).
  • The Office of the Registrar will not, under any circumstances, fax out a transcript.
  • Credential Solutions has been granted the authority to deliver all transcripts requested on behalf of Villanova University and respond to any inquries regarding the transactions.
  • The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company's website that is provided during the delivery process.
