Freshmen Early Decision I- Class of 2025
November 15, 2020 2021-2022 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).  This application is used to determine Federal & State aid eligibility. Please note: the FAFSA will not be available to complete until October 1, 2020.
November 15, 2020 2021-2022 CSS Profile, this application is used (in conjunction with the FAFSA) to determine Institutional Need-Based aid eligibility.  Please note: this application will not be available to complete until October 1, 2020.
November 15, 2020 Signed copies of student's and parents'/stepparent's 2019 US Federal or Puerto Rico Income Tax Returns (with all schedules if filed) and W-2 and/1099 or 1099R forms.   If you did not and were not required to file taxes, you will need to submit the Non-Tax Filer Form.

  • 2021-2022 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be filed online at https://fafsa.ed.gov 
  • 2021-2022 CSS Profile must be filed online at https://cssprofile.collegeboard.org/
  • Signed copies of custodial parent(s)', stepparent's, and student's 2019 US Federal or Puerto Rico Tax Return as well as 2019 Federal W-2's, 1099/1099R's, and all tax schedules must be submitted to IDOC.

*If the student is selected for federal verification, additional documents will be requested.

The Villanova University Financial Assistance Deadline for 2021-2022 Returning Students is:

May 1, 2021 - Completed application materials must be postmarked by this date.

·2021-2022 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be filed PRIOR TO this date online at https://fafsa.ed.gov.

·2021-2022 CSS Profile must be filed PRIOR TO this date online at https://cssprofile.collegeboard.org/.

Villanova University is providing emergency financial aid grants to students whose lives have been disrupted by the COVID-19 crisis, many of whom are facing financial challenges and struggling to make ends meet.

In Spring 2021, grants are being funded by the federal government through the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) II and by the University’s Student Hardship Fund, made possible by institutional funds as well as generous donations from Villanova faculty, staff, alumni and parents.
