The Office of Financial Assistance wants to update you on some important safety measures being taken in our offices to help combat the spread of COVID-19 on campus.
In order to better ensure that we are compliant with Villanova University guidelines regarding social distancing, the Office of Financial Assistance in Kennedy Hall will not be available to walk in traffic other than by appointment. We will be open virtually, to meet with you via on-line meeting, e-mail or phone. We want to answer your questions and meet your needs in a timely fashion.

Meetings may be held through online options such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype. You may be required to download a free app.
In order to request an online meeting with a financial aid counselor, please use the list below to identify your counselor and request a meeting.
Please note that if you will be a student in the Graduate Tax, Juris Doctor, or Joint Degree Programs (JD/MBA, JD/MPA, or JD/LLM) the Law School Financial Aid Office will be your best resource for any questions regarding the financial process. If you have paperwork that you need to share with us we recommend utilizing the Financial Assistance on-line drop box at https://www1.villanova.edu/villanova/enroll/finaid/forms.html
where you can upload PDFs. If you are on campus, there will also be a drop box placed on the left side of Kennedy hall near the financial aid office where paperwork can be dropped off securely.
We understand that this situation is not ideal, and our greater preference would be to conduct business as usual. But these are unprecedented times and safety remains our top priority. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you we will be working hard to ensure your concerns are met.
