In December 2006, Donna Newell, John Newell, Rachel Tereska, and Jeffrey MacKay established NTM Engineering, Inc. to offer our clients specialized water resources design, bridge design, and engineering instruction. Today, our firm features a professional staff of 24 who performs hydrologic and hydraulic studies and waterway permitting, stormwater design and permitting, technical course development and training, and transportation and bridge engineering. NTM’s clients include PennDOT’s Bureau of Design, all 11 PennDOT Districts, Philadelphia Water Department, US Army Corps of Engineers, and many others. Our water resource engineers have instructed over 50 engineering courses for attendees from PennDOT, PA DEP, USACE, PA DCNR, PA FBC, and engineering firm consultants.
