Ronald P. Hill Wins Prestigious Massig "Lifetime Achievement Award"

Villanova, PA, June 6, 2013 – Ronald P. Hill, PhD, was recently awarded the Marketing and Society Special Interest Group (MASSIG) “Lifetime Achievement Award.”  Winners of this annual award have contributed a significant body of work in developing and advancing research in the marketing and society, public policy, and/or the marketing ethics areas.   This award is given to individuals who exemplify outstanding scholarship in these fields.

 Dr. Hill will be recognized for his outstanding scholarship at the American Marketing Association reception this summer in Boston. 

 Dr. Hill has been recognized previously for his work in the marketing field and for his leadership.  He received the Williams-Qualls-Spratlen (WQS) Multicultural Mentoring Award of Excellence in 2012, which recognizes outstanding marketing scholars and career mentors of multicultural students and junior colleagues.  Most recently, Dr. Hill received the 2013 Allan N. Nash Distinguished Doctoral Graduate Award from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.  This award recognizes one Smith School PhD alumnus annually for outstanding research and teaching, as well as significant service contributions.
