Admission to the Villanova Executive MBA Program is competitive in nature. The application review is holistic process where we carefully consider all elements of the application and the candidate interview.

- Completed online application for admission
- Official transcripts of academic credentials
One official transcript from each undergraduate or graduate institution attended must be sent to the Graduate Business Office via the information above. Villanova alumni must have their transcripts sent officially through the Registrar's office to the Graduate Business Office.
- Two letters of recommendation
Recommendations can be professional references from individuals who know you in an employment setting and are written by a current/previous supervisor or colleague.
Please prepare a business resume that includes your educational and professional information. Resumes should be no more than two pages in length.
The essay should be 250-500 words and address the following question: "What is your greatest professional accomplishment or failure? What did you learn from that experience?" Applicants will be asked to upload their essay on the application.
- Non-refundable $65 application fee
All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of $65. The fee is to be paid by credit card on the online application site when you submit.

Applicants who have obtained a degree from an institution outside of the United States may be asked to provide an evaluation report indicating the U.S. equivalent of the degree.
An admissions interview is required for the Executive MBA and is by invitation only. Interviews are conducted once an application is complete.
Merit-based scholarship submissions will be reviewed during application rounds 1 and 2. Apply for a merit-based scholarship.
