The DiLella Center for Real Estate is changing the face of business education at Villanova. Both an undergraduate co-major and minor and graduate MBA concentration in real estate are now available to students.

Co-Major Requirements - REAL


Required Co-Major Courses - Up to Class of 2020

RES 3150 - Real Estate Investments

RES 3250 - Advanced Real Estate Modeling

RES 4150 - Real Estate Development

Plus one of the following:

ECO 3140 - Urban Economics

FIN 2350 - Real Estate Capital Markets

RES 2340 - Contemp Topics in Real Estate

RES 2150 - Real Estate Fundamentals

RES 3150 - Real Estate Investments

:  The following courses may not double count for another major or minor. 

  • ACC 2410 - Accounting for Real Estate

Example: If ACC 2410 is fulfilling REST major, then it will not be used to satisfy the ACC minor requirement.

Students are required to take 15 credits of electives by taking 1.5 credit or 3 credit courses. Of these 15 credits, a minimum of 7.5 elective credits earn a specialization.
