About REALtech at Villanova
The Dilella Center for Real Estate is kicking off the 2020 REALtech Challenge by bringing together students and professionals to discuss current issues in the Real Estate industry.
Students will work collaboratively over a 10-week period to develop modern tech solutions to current real estate issues. Participants will develop and design their innovations and ideas to be presented to a panel of industry professionals on Pitch Day on Thursday, April 23, 2020!
The top three student teams will be awarded a total of $10,000 in cash prizes!
The prizes awarded to the winning teams are as follows:
1st Place: $5,000
2nd Place: $3,000
3rd Place: $2,000

You work for the development company that is developing Academy at Reno, an 800 bed property, servicing students who attend University of Nevada, Reno. Your team will develop a solution to your choice of ONE of four issues.
REALtech Villanova is a student competition for currently enrolled Villanova University undergraduate and graduate students. The competition spans one semester and allows students to take the first steps in solving a real estate related issue through technology.
