Sponsored by the Daniel M. Dilella Center for Real Estate

About REALtech

The Dilella Center for Real Estate is kicking off REALtech 2018 by bringing together students and professionals to discuss current issues in the Real Estate industry.

Students will work collaboratively over a 10-week period to develop modern tech solutions to these issues. Participants will develop and design their innovations and ideas to be presented to a panel of industry professionals on April 19th.

VU mobile got you down, again?

Our campus wide struggle with wireless is partly caused by our beautiful, but old campus real estate.  As an industry, real estate professionals work tirelessly to improve our communities, enhance our spaces and better our lives – and many of those real estate enhancements are achieved through tech.

REALtech Villanova is a student competition for currently enrolled Villanova University undergraduate and graduate students. The competition spans one semester and allows students to take the first steps in solving a real estate related issue through technology.

The top three student teams will be awarded a total of $10,000 in cash prizes!
