Fall Speaker Series: Donella Rapier, President & CEO of BRAC USA
Come and listen to the featured speaker for our Fall Speaker Series, Donella Rapier. Donella joined BRAC USA in July 2016. Before joining BRAC USA, she served as the Chief Development and Administrative Office at Accion, a global leader in microfinance and financial inclusion. Before that she was CFO at Partners in Health, a global healthcare organization working in remote places. Earlier in her career she had several senior leadership positions at Harvard University.
BRAC USA is the US-based affiliate of the international development organization BRAC, a global leader in ending proverty with diverse interventions.

Before coming to Barnard Linda Bell was the Provost at Haverford College and the Huford Professor of Economics, and a Senior Economist in the research department at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York. Her recent research focuses on the determination of gender compensation differences in executive pay in large U.S. corporations generally, and on female mentorship at the executive level specifically. Panel Discussion - Caring Work: Who & At What Cost?
The Caring Industry, both paid and unpaid, is dominated by women. Come listen to a panel discussion examining the economic, physical and emotional impact of caring work on individuals and families with implications for firms and the greater economy. We will also examine how one can be involved in affecting change.
