2019-2020 VU SHRM Officers


  Brittany Chapman

Brittany Chapman is a second year student in the HRD program. She is originally from Brick, NJ and went to school for her undergrad at Monmouth University. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in May 2017 but knew she wanted to return to school for her Masters in HR. Brittany fell in love with Villanova’s campus and found the HRD program to be exactly what she was looking for. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking, working out, and shopping.


  Cameron Kenworthy
  Vice President

Cameron is a second year student in the HRD program. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from St. Joseph's University, and works as a Graduate Assistant for Villanova University. She currently lives in Manayunk, Philadelphia and would like to pursue an HR career in hopes of expanding Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within companies.


  Hong Vo
  Director of External Relations

Hong is a second year student in the program. She is Vietnamese. She got her BA in HRM from Lancaster in the UK. She used to work in the government body in the field of labor before returning to full-time study in 2018. She is planning to get the certificate of HR Business Partner from the HRD program. She is interested in the training and development aspect of HR and she is optimistic that the certificate of HR Business Partner will be a springboard into the HR world and help her land a position in training and development later in her professional life.




  Jennie Killebrew
Director of Public Relations

Jennie is from Birmingham, AL where she attended Birmingham-Southern College and received a BS in Psychology in May 2017. She decided to pursue a Master's in HR to jumpstart her career and fully immerse herself in the field. She loves living near the Art Museum and being able to explore the restaurant scene in Center City with her fiancé and dog.





  Kelly Maguire

Kelly is originally from Mansfield, Massachusetts. She is a 2018 graduate of Villanova University, where she studied Psychology and Communications. She is excited to be back on campus as a Graduate Assistant and student in the HRD Program, and hopes to develop a well-rounded understanding of the HR field. She is passionate about inclusion, health and wellness, and loves to travel!
